TYMGLO accepts only the payment methods displayed as available during checkout.
By submitting an order, the customer represents and agrees that:
- All information submitted is complete and accurate;
- The customer is legally authorized to use the selected payment method;
- TYMGLO and its payment providers may authorize and charge the full amount displayed at checkout;
- The transaction may be subject to identity, payment, sanctions, security, and fraud-prevention review; and
- TYMGLO may request additional information before accepting or fulfilling the order.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order or receiving an automatic confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.
TYMGLO may reject, limit, suspend, or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including:
- Payment failure;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- Incorrect billing or shipping information;
- Inventory unavailability;
- Pricing, description, or technical error;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Suspected unauthorized resale;
- Legal or regulatory restrictions; or
- Circumstances outside TYMGLO’s reasonable control.
If TYMGLO cancels an order after collecting payment, TYMGLO will issue any refund required by applicable law.
Prices
Unless otherwise displayed, prices are stated in U.S. dollars.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
Prices offered through the TYMGLO website may differ from prices offered through marketplaces or other sellers.
Unless TYMGLO expressly agrees otherwise in writing, TYMGLO does not provide:
- Price matching;
- Retroactive discounts;
- Price adjustments;
- Cash redemption of promotional offers; or
- Combination of multiple promotions.
Taxes and additional charges
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout where required.
The customer is responsible for any duties, customs charges, bank charges, currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees, or similar amounts not collected by TYMGLO.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. TYMGLO does not control or guarantee that processing time.
