    Effective Date: October 8, 2026
    Last Updated: October 8, 2026

    These policies apply to purchases made directly through the official TYMGLO website.

    TYMGLO LLC
    30 N Gould St, Ste N
    Sheridan, WY 82801
    United States

    Official Business Email: support@tymglo.com

    Important: The address above is TYMGLO’s business and registered-office address only. It is not a warehouse, customer-service location, retail location, or return address.

    Do not mail, deliver, or return products to this address.

    Purchases completed through a third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace’s applicable terms, procedures, and policies. Requests concerning a marketplace purchase should generally be submitted through the marketplace where the purchase was completed.

    All sales final

    Except where TYMGLO expressly states otherwise on the applicable product page or applicable law requires a return, cancellation, refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy, all sales are final.

    TYMGLO does not accept returns or provide refunds merely because a customer:

    • Changes their mind;
    • No longer wants the product;
    • Ordered the wrong item;
    • Ordered the wrong size, color, model, version, or quantity;
    • Did not review the product description;
    • Did not confirm compatibility;
    • Did not review applicable warnings, specifications, or restrictions;
    • Dislikes the product;
    • Finds a lower price elsewhere; or
    • Experiences a circumstance not caused by a legally actionable product defect or TYMGLO error.

    Hygiene-sensitive and personal-use products

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYMGLO does not accept the return of products that have been opened, unsealed, used, worn, washed, fitted, activated, assembled, connected, or placed in contact with:

    • The body or skin;
    • Breast milk;
    • Food or liquids;
    • A baby’s mouth;
    • Personal-care substances;
    • Bodily substances; or
    • Another potentially contaminating material.

    This restriction may apply to:

    • Breast pumps;
    • Milk collectors;
    • Breast-pump parts and accessories;
    • Flanges and inserts;
    • Valves and membranes;
    • Bottles and feeding products;
    • Nursing products;
    • Maternity and postpartum garments;
    • Wearable products;
    • Personal-care products;
    • Pacifiers and teethers;
    • Baby-care accessories; and
    • Other hygiene-sensitive products.

    This restriction does not exclude a remedy required by applicable law for a product that is defective, unsafe, materially misdescribed, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.

    Final-sale products

    Products identified as “final sale,” “clearance,” “non-returnable,” or by similar wording are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange.

    Any non-waivable legal rights continue to apply.

    Reporting an incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or defective order

    A customer claiming that an order was incorrect, incomplete, damaged when delivered, or defective must contact support@tymglo.com promptly after discovering the issue.

    The customer must provide:

    • The order number;
    • A detailed description of the issue;
    • Photographs or video showing the alleged issue;
    • Photographs of the product;
    • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant;
    • Product identification, serial number, model, lot code, or date code, where available; and
    • Any other information reasonably requested by TYMGLO.

    Failure to provide information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request may prevent TYMGLO from processing the claim.

    Keep the product and packaging

    The customer must retain the product, components, accessories, packaging, labels, and documents until TYMGLO completes its review.

    The customer must not discard, modify, repair, disassemble, destroy, or return the product unless instructed by TYMGLO.

    Return authorization is required

    Submitting a complaint or return request does not authorize a return.

    No product may be returned until TYMGLO provides written return authorization.

    If TYMGLO approves a return, TYMGLO may provide:

    • A return merchandise authorization number;
    • A return shipping document;
    • A prepaid shipping label;
    • A customer-paid shipping label;
    • A designated return address;
    • Packaging instructions;
    • Carrier instructions;
    • A return deadline; and
    • Other conditions applicable to the authorized return.

    The customer must use only the return address, label, carrier, and instructions supplied by TYMGLO for that specific return.

    Company address is not a return address

    TYMGLO’s Wyoming business and registered-office address is not a return address.

    The customer must not send a product to:

    • TYMGLO’s business or registered-office address;
    • The address printed on the original package;
    • The shipment’s original point of origin;
    • A return address supplied for a different order;
    • A warehouse or fulfillment facility identified independently by the customer;
    • A carrier facility; or
    • Any other address not expressly provided by TYMGLO for the authorized return.

    Return addresses may vary depending on:

    • The product;
    • The order;
    • The fulfillment location;
    • The product’s condition;
    • The reason for return; and
    • Operational requirements.

    Return labels

    A return label supplied by TYMGLO is prepaid only when TYMGLO expressly states that it is prepaid.

    Providing a label, document, authorization number, or return address does not necessarily mean that TYMGLO will pay the return-shipping cost.

    Except where applicable law requires otherwise, TYMGLO may determine whether return shipping will be:

    • Paid by TYMGLO;
    • Paid directly by the customer;
    • Deducted from an approved refund; or
    • Allocated in another manner stated in the return authorization.

    TYMGLO does not reimburse independently purchased postage or shipping unless:

    • TYMGLO approved the cost in writing before shipment; or
    • Applicable law requires reimbursement.

    Unauthorized returns

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYMGLO may refuse, reject, dispose of, or return at the customer’s expense any product sent:

    • Without written authorization;
    • To an unauthorized address;
    • Without required documentation;
    • After the authorized return period;
    • Using an unauthorized carrier or service;
    • Without the supplied return label;
    • In an unsafe or improperly packaged condition;
    • With unauthorized additional products; or
    • In a manner inconsistent with TYMGLO’s instructions.

    Receipt of an unauthorized package by TYMGLO or a third-party provider does not constitute acceptance of the return or approval of a refund.

    Condition of authorized returns

    Where TYMGLO authorizes a return, the product must be returned:

    • Within the period specified in the authorization;
    • In the condition required by TYMGLO;
    • With all included parts and accessories;
    • With applicable manuals and packaging;
    • With all required labels and documentation; and
    • Using any required tracking, carrier, or shipping method.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYMGLO may deny or reduce a voluntary refund where a product is:

    • Used;
    • Damaged;
    • Incomplete;
    • Contaminated;
    • Altered;
    • Improperly packaged;
    • Different from the authorized product; or
    • Materially diminished in value.

    Inspection

    An authorized return remains subject to receipt, verification, and inspection.

    The issuance of a return label or return authorization does not guarantee that the customer will receive a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

    TYMGLO may verify:

    • The identity of the returned product;
    • The quantity returned;
    • The product’s condition;
    • The presence of components and accessories;
    • Serial, model, lot, or date-code information;
    • Evidence of use, alteration, damage, or contamination; and
    • Compliance with the return instructions.

    Available remedies

    Where TYMGLO determines that a remedy is legally required, TYMGLO may provide any remedy permitted by applicable law, including:

    • Corrective instructions;
    • Repair;
    • Replacement of a component;
    • Replacement of the product;
    • Store credit, where legally permitted and accepted;
    • Partial refund;
    • Full refund; or
    • Another legally permitted remedy.

    Except where applicable law requires otherwise, TYMGLO may select the remedy.

    Shipping and related costs

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable;
    • Expedited-shipping charges are non-refundable;
    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility;
    • Handling charges are non-refundable;
    • Duties and customs fees are non-refundable; and
    • TYMGLO may deduct actual return-shipping, handling, carrier, or processing costs from an approved refund.

    TYMGLO may also deduct reasonable costs resulting from:

    • A refused package;
    • An unclaimed package;
    • An incorrect address;
    • An unauthorized return;
    • Improper packaging;
    • Failure to follow return instructions; or
    • Return of unauthorized items.

    Nothing in this section requires a customer to pay a cost that applicable law requires TYMGLO to bear.

    Refund method

    Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.

    TYMGLO is not required to issue cash, a check, or a refund to another payment account unless applicable law requires otherwise.
