Packing Your Everyday Diaper Bag

A well-packed diaper bag makes outings easier. Pack what you need, keep it organised, and restock it each evening.

The essentials

• Diapers (one for every two hours, plus a few spares) and wipes
• Changing mat and disposal bags
• Two spare outfits and a light blanket
• Burp cloths and a pacifier if your baby uses one

Feeding supplies

Bring bottles, formula or expressed milk in an insulated cooler bag, and a thermal bottle for warm or cool drinks. Add a small snack and water for yourself.
